POA COSMETICS™ was born from the idea that beauty should be intentional — not rushed, not harmful, and never at the cost of your skin or the planet.

Founded by phasesofarsh in 2021, POA is proudly made in Canada and rooted in the belief that makeup should care for your skin, not cover it up. After years of seeing the fast beauty cycle dominate the shelves — filled with wasteful packaging, watered-down formulas, and empty promises — Arsh set out to create something better. Something slower, cleaner, and more conscious.

Every product at POA is a blend of skincare + makeup — thoughtfully formulated with clean, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients. We use biodegradable packaging and recyclable materials wherever possible, because protecting the planet is just as important as protecting your skin.

It took three years of formulation, testing, and care, with full Health Canada and FDA approvals, to launch our first collection on June 18, 2024. This wasn’t just about launching a brand — it was about raising the standard of beauty.
